Stephan had a goal to become an international speaker and teacher. Way before that happened, he had to go through quite a fair bit of rejection and failure to learn some of the things you'll have free access to on this webpage. What would you like to accomplish in teaching, speaking, and communicating with your students, colleagues, participants or friends and family? 

So when you reach a jetty on a lake and you know that where you want to go is to the other side what do you do? You find a way across the lake. You either learn how to swim, build something that can sail you across or fly to the other side. The issue is most people would look at the water and think about how to cross it for days, months and even years.

Stephan knew he needed better results, he knew he had to do what he said he would do. And he knew that there was a lot of learning, practicing and action taking to go from being on the jetty to the other side.
